First time customer today. had a clogged drain pipe. Tech arrived on time and was polite and courteous at all times. he went over the issue and explained what was needed to repair it. completed the repair quickly and the problem was solved. Pricing was fair and reasonable and Ill definitely call them again if I ever need any plumbing work GREAT JOB!!!

Ted's plumbing replaced all of the drain pipes in our home. While it was a big project, our family experienced NO disruption to our daily routine. Ted and his crew were professional and courteous. They kept an open line of communication throughout the entire project (from quote to final inspection). There were no surprises. Ted always made sure we were kept informed. Can't say enough I look at plumbers and any other home repair professionals like dentists (no offense) But I called due to a leak in my hot water, return call within 5 minutes and a service call within 1.5 hours..notified of when they were enroute..Could not be better..The young man that came and diagnosed my problem could not have been nicer..explained and showed me everything..Ted's Plumbing is now on my speed dial...Thank You Update...I now have a new tankless hot water heater!!! I had a good experience with Ted's Plumbing Company. The plumber who came to my house was prompt, professional, and honest. The prices he quoted were reasonable and he explained to me the basis for those charges. What more can you ask in today's day and age? Hope I don't need to use you any time in the future, but if I need a plumber, you are now saved in my phone.

If you are looking for an honest, reliable plumbing service who gets the job done look no further! The owner was in constant contact with myself and the technician and my technician, Mike, was amazing. They didn't stop until the job the was completed. Highly recommend and will be using them for all of my plumbing needs moving forward.

Ted and his crew are excellent and professional. They came in and took care of our broken pipe with no delay. Price was more than reasonable. Totally recommend them and in fact we are prepared to use them to replace all our whole cast iron plumbing which is faulty.

Ted plumbing pulled permit did the job got paid BUT didn’t close the permit and refuse to complete his responsibility to close it ! I recommend you not to do business with this company if you don’t want to face issues as we face right now !
